Galaxy Entertainment Declares HKD 0.90 Interim Dividend for H1 2026

Galaxy Entertainment Group Limited announced an ordinary interim dividend of HKD 0.90 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The distribution relates to the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

The shares will trade ex-dividend on 25 August 2026. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 16:30 on 26 August 2026 to qualify for the payout. The register will be closed from 27 August to 31 August 2026, with 31 August 2026 set as the record date. Dividend payments are scheduled for 15 September 2026.

The company stated that no withholding tax applies to this dividend, and there are no listed warrants or convertible securities outstanding.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises Executive Directors Francis Lui Yiu Tung (Chairman), Joseph Chee Ying Keung, Paddy Tang Lui Wai Yu and Eileen Lui Wai Ling; Non-executive Directors Charles Cheung Wai Bun and Robert Charles Drake; and Independent Non-executive Directors James Ross Ancell, Patrick Wong Lung Tak and Jaime Sze Wine Him.
