Zylox-Tonbridge Medical repurchases 60,000 H shares, lifting treasury stock to 11.12 million

Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. disclosed that it bought back 60,000 H shares on 11 June 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 18.05 to HKD 18.91. The transaction cost totalled HKD 1.10 million.

Following the repurchase, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.018% to 325.23 million, while treasury shares increased to 11.12 million. The total issued share capital remained unchanged at 336.35 million shares.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 13 May 2026, which authorises Zylox-Tonbridge Medical to repurchase up to 32.72 million shares. Including the latest transaction, cumulative repurchases under this mandate stand at 197,200 shares, equivalent to 0.59% of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 11 July 2026.
