Rego Interactive Co., Ltd. (Rego Interactive) alerted shareholders that it expects a consolidated loss attributable to owners of at least RMB68.40 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, compared with a RMB39.30 million loss in 2024, reflecting a 74.0% year-on-year deterioration.

The adjusted net loss—excluding foreign-exchange differences, fair-value changes in financial assets, goodwill impairment and a write-off of an advance to a supplier—is projected to reach no less than RMB49.80 million, up 78.5% from RMB27.90 million in 2024.

Management attributed the larger deficit to two main factors: 1) Continued subdued consumer sentiment in China during 2025 led many enterprises to cut marketing budgets, reducing demand for the Group’s virtual goods sourcing and delivery services; 2) A cautious customer-selection policy aimed at managing credit risk further limited revenue generation.

Strategic priorities for 2025 focus on deepening integration within the lottery market—particularly through AI digital lottery-store modelling—streamlining capital allocation, and strengthening risk management. The company also plans to expand “corporate digitalisation solutions services” and “industry digitalisation solutions services” to pave the way for future cross-industry empowerment offerings.
