CLP Holdings Limited (CLP) has published its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese. The document can be accessed on the company’s website under “Financial Reports” in the “Investor Relations” section and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website.

CLP will continue to distribute all corporate communications electronically by default. Printed copies will be provided only upon request. Shareholders who wish to receive email alerts must submit a valid email address to the company’s registrars; otherwise, no electronic notifications will be issued. Existing requests for printed copies will remain effective until the next annual report unless revoked.

For actionable corporate communications—items that require shareholder instructions—CLP must contact each shareholder individually. Where no functional email address is on file, these materials will be mailed in hard copy.

The Board declared a second interim dividend of HK$0.63 per share on 6 August 2026. The dividend will be paid on 15 September 2026 to shareholders on record as of 4 September 2026. The share register will be closed on 4 September 2026; shareholders intending to qualify for the dividend must lodge share transfers with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 3 September 2026.
