Keppel REIT (K71U) has fixed its next Annual General Meeting for Apr, 16 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Singapore time. The session will be conducted solely in person at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 3, Begonia Ballroom, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore. There will be no virtual attendance option.

Printed copies of the meeting notice and proxy form will be mailed to unitholders, while the FY 2025 digital annual report, notice, appendix and proxy form are available on the trust’s website and SGXNet. Investors who still require hard copies of the report must submit a request by 5:00 p.m. on Apr, 6 2026.

Key deadlines include: submission of pre-AGM questions by 3:00 p.m. on Apr, 2 2026; CPF/SRS investors and other relevant-intermediary holders instructing their agents by 5:00 p.m. on Apr, 6 2026; publication of responses to substantial questions by 3:00 p.m. on Apr, 11 2026; and proxy form lodgement by 3:00 p.m. on Apr, 13 2026.

Unitholders may attend the AGM, submit questions in advance or during the meeting and vote in person or through duly appointed proxies. Registration at the venue opens at 2:30 p.m. on meeting day. Updates will be posted on SGXNet and the Keppel REIT website.
