Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (CG Services) disclosed that it repurchased 300,000 ordinary shares on 29 September 2026 via the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at prices ranging between HKD 5.265 and HKD 5.365. The transaction totalled HKD 1.59 million and the shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Including this latest trade, CG Services has bought back 21.21 million shares between 4 June and 29 September 2026 under the general mandate granted on 29 May 2026. The cumulative repurchases represent 0.651% of the company’s issued share capital as at the mandate date and have consumed approximately HKD 111.70 million, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase price of about HKD 5.27 per share.

The mandate permits the company to buy back up to 325.83 million shares, leaving an estimated 304.62 million shares, or roughly 93.5% of the original authorisation, still available.

Despite the repurchase activity, the issued share capital of CG Services remained unchanged at 3.33 billion shares as of 29 September 2026 because the acquired shares had not yet been cancelled. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales is in effect until 29 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.
