Bulletin Express
May 13

Uni-President China Holdings Ltd. announced on 14 May 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its circular and proxy form for an upcoming extraordinary general meeting have been released on both the company’s website (www.uni-president.com.cn) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find the printed materials enclosed.

Complying with the amended Listing Rule 2.07A, the company is transitioning to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders are encouraged to provide a valid email address—preferably by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form—to ensure prompt notification of new publications.

Key implementation details include: • Both language versions of future corporate communications will be accessible online; printed copies will cease unless specifically requested. • Investors who do not supply an email address must monitor the company and exchange websites for updates and will receive only actionable communications in hard copy. • Requests for printed copies of future documents can be made via the enclosed reply form and will remain effective for one year unless revoked or replaced.

Questions regarding the new arrangements can be directed to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, on +852 2862 8688 during business hours.
