Pan Asia Data Announces Retirement of Independent Non-Executive Director Xu Yanqiong

Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. reported that independent non-executive director Ms. Xu Yanqiong retired from the Board with effect from the close of the annual general meeting on 30 June 2026. According to the supplemental announcement dated 3 July 2026, Ms. Xu confirmed she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters related to her departure that require shareholders’ attention.

Following the retirement, the Board now consists of: • Executive Directors: Mr. Gu Zhongli (Chairman), Mr. Li Yunjiu, and Mr. Jin Peiyi • Non-executive Director: Mr. Sze Siu Ming • Independent Non-executive Directors: Ms. Yung Hoi Yan, JP, and Mr. So Ching Tung, JP

The announcement also refers to resolutions approved at the 30 June 2026 AGM and the appointment of the Company’s auditor, as previously disclosed.
