Shiyue Daotian cuts outstanding H-shares by 0.09% in April while keeping public float above 15.7%

Shiyue Daotian Group Co., Ltd. (H-share listing) reported a minor share capital adjustment for April 2026, according to its monthly return filed on 6 May 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

• Share capital structure unchanged: Authorised share capital remained at 1.07 billion H-shares with a par value of RMB 0.1 each, equivalent to RMB 106.82 million.

• Share repurchase activity: On 26 June 2025, the company repurchased 974,400 H-shares, which were transferred to treasury stock during April 2026. This moved 974,400 shares (0.09% of the outstanding H-shares at March-end) from the issued pool to treasury.

• Issued shares edged down: Outstanding H-shares (excluding treasury stock) fell to 1.06 billion as of 30 April 2026 from 1.06 billion a month earlier. Treasury stock increased to 11.40 million shares. The total number of issued shares, including treasury, stayed constant at 1.07 billion.

• Public float intact: Management confirmed compliance with the initial prescribed public-float threshold of 15.7%, as required under Main Board Rule 13.32B.

• No dilution instruments: The filing shows no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked agreements during the month.

The movements reflect a continuation of Shiyue Daotian’s share repurchase programme without affecting the company’s overall issued capital or its minimum public float requirement.
