Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. (PSH) (LSE: PSH) announced on Monday the appointment of Ranjani Kearsley as an independent non-executive director, effective from July 20, 2026.
Her appointment follows an extensive search process conducted by a leading global executive search firm and a recommendation from the company's nomination committee.
Extensive Industry Experience
Kearsley brings over 25 years of experience in asset management, private equity, and principal investing, with expertise spanning portfolio oversight, strategy, human capital, and sustainability.
She joined the diversified private investment platform B-FLEXION in 2021, serving as the Head of Asset Management Investments for the Group Investment Office and as the People Lead for the Investment Partnerships division.
Board and Governance Expertise
Kearsley possesses significant board experience at regulated asset management firms in both the United States and European markets.
She currently serves as a director for insurance-related investment manager Twelve Securis Holdings and outsourced chief investment office firm Strategic Investment Management Group, and is also a board member of Longview Partners UK LLP and Longview Partners, Guernsey.
Previous Career Background
Previously, Kearsley held the roles of Head of People and Platform at Eight Roads, a global venture capital platform, and Global Head of Human Resources at Fidelity International.
She holds a degree in Economics and Management from the London School of Economics and began her career as an investment banking analyst at Citigroup.
