Keppel DC REIT reports fire incident at Almere facility

Keppel DC REIT announced that a fire occurred on the morning of May, 7 2026 (Central European Time) in the technical room of its Almere Data Centre in the Netherlands.
The technical room is separate from the data halls, and the asset is master leased to a single tenant. The tenant confirmed that there were no injuries and that the fire has been extinguished.
According to the tenant, next steps include assessing the damage and initiating operational recovery efforts.
Keppel DC REIT stated that the incident is not expected to have a material impact on its distribution per unit for FY 2026.
