Hotung Investment Holdings Limited announced that its investee company, H2U Corporation, will list on the Taiwan Innovation Board of the Taiwan Stock Exchange on Jul, 24 2026.
The Group first invested in H2U in Apr, 2024. H2U, spun off from Foxconn Group in 2013, operates a data-driven digital health platform that integrates services such as the H2U Health Check System, Everyday Health, Sports Notes, and iFit.
H2U’s proprietary Hospital Information System is used by more than 70% of Taiwan’s health-check centers, while its workplace health services serve over 500 companies, including Microsoft, Amazon, Gucci, and Chanel. In the consumer market, H2U’s membership base covers roughly 30% of Taiwan’s young adult population.
