Chaoju Eye Care Holds Issued Shares at 705.18 Million, Adds HK$0.15 Million Buy-back on 9 June

Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited reported that its total issued share capital remained unchanged at 705.18 million ordinary shares as of 9 June 2026, even as the company continued to repurchase stock on the open market.

• Latest transaction – On 9 June 2026, the company repurchased 60,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$2.52 to HK$2.58, for a total outlay of HK$0.15 million. All shares are slated for cancellation.

• Cumulative repurchases pending cancellation – Since 2 April 2026, Chaoju Eye Care has bought back 922,000 shares that are still awaiting cancellation. Purchase prices over the period have ranged between HK$2.57 and HK$3.02.

• Repurchase mandate usage – Under the authority granted on 12 May 2026, the company has repurchased 540,000 shares to date, representing 0.08 % of its issued share capital at the mandate date. Up to 70.52 million shares remain available for further buy-backs.

• Capital structure unchanged – The company held no treasury shares at either the opening or closing balance dates, leaving the outstanding share count steady at 705.18 million.

• 30-day issuance moratorium – In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Chaoju Eye Care is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 9 July 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.

Management confirmed that all repurchase activities complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and other regulatory requirements.
