Sunac Services Cuts Outstanding Shares by 21.07 Million in May; Public Float Remains Above 25 % Threshold

Sunac Services Holdings Limited reported that its issued share count fell by 21.07 million to 3.03 billion ordinary shares as of 31 May 2026, reflecting continued execution of its share-repurchase programme.

The company repurchased a total of 22.87 million shares between 26 March and 31 May 2026. Of these, 21.07 million shares had been cancelled by month-end, directly reducing the share base. An additional 1.80 million repurchased shares were pending cancellation at period-end.

Authorised share capital was unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

No new share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity instruments were issued during the month. The company confirmed that its public float remained in compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 % requirement.
