Horizon Robotics Executes HKD 0.46 Million Share Buyback, Expands Treasury Stock to 5.64 Million Shares

Horizon Robotics (HORIZONROBOT-W) disclosed a repurchase of 64,200 Class B WVR ordinary shares on 10 April 2026 via on-exchange transactions.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 7.06 to HKD 7.10, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 7.09, bringing total cash outflow for the day to HKD 0.46 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury stock) declined to 12.52 billion, while treasury holdings grew to 5.64 million shares—equivalent to 0.0004 % of the pre-buyback share base.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 10 June 2025 that authorises the company to repurchase up to 1.32 billion shares. To date, 5.64 million shares, or 0.0427 % of the authorised amount, have been repurchased under this mandate and retained as treasury stock.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Horizon Robotics is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 May 2026.
