CIMC Enric posts FY2025 revenue of RMB 26.33 billion, net profit rises 2.4%; proposes HK$0.31 final dividend

CIMC Enric Holdings Limited (CIMC ENRIC) released its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025. The group recorded top-line growth but saw margin pressure amid mixed segment performances.

Key financials • Revenue: RMB 26.33 billion, up 6.3% year on year. • Gross profit: RMB 3.67 billion, up 3.4%; overall gross margin trimmed to 14.0% (2024: 14.4%). • Profit from operations: RMB 1.44 billion, down 6.3%; operating margin slipped to 5.5%. • Net profit: RMB 1.17 billion, up 2.4%. • Profit attributable to equity shareholders: RMB 1.14 billion, up 3.7%. • Basic EPS: RMB 0.561, an increase of 3.5%. • Proposed final dividend: HK$0.31 per share (≈RMB 0.27), maintaining a c.50% payout ratio.

Segment overview • Clean Energy: Revenue climbed 19.7% to RMB 20.56 billion, representing 78.1% of group turnover; segment margin edged up to 12.7%. • Chemical & Environmental: Revenue fell 31.3% to RMB 2.14 billion; margin contracted to 13.0% on lower utilisation. • Liquid Food: Revenue declined 18.7% to RMB 3.62 billion; margin held steady at 21.7%.

Cash flow and balance sheet • Operating cash inflow: RMB 1.74 billion (2024: RMB 2.49 billion). • Cash and cash equivalents: RMB 7.75 billion; net cash position of RMB 4.26 billion and zero net gearing. • Bank loans: RMB 0.77 billion; average interest 1.85%–3.49%. • Capital commitments contracted but not provided for: RMB 0.61 billion.

Order book • 2025 new orders signed: RMB 26.29 billion. • Year-end backlog: RMB 29.75 billion, driven by record RMB 22.23 billion of clean-energy orders, including RMB 10.64 billion for offshore clean-energy projects.

Post-balance-sheet event On 27 January 2026, CIMC Enric completed a placing of 79.70 million new shares at HK$9.79 each, raising net proceeds of about HK$774 million for clean-energy capital expenditure and general working capital.

Dividend timetable Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on 20 May 2026, the register will close 1–4 June 2026, with payment targeted for 29 June 2026 to holders on record as of 4 June 2026.

Tax note Under PRC tax regulations, a 10% withholding tax will be deducted from the cash dividend paid to non-resident enterprise shareholders. Individual investors are exempt.
