On 8 July 2026, Mega Genomics Limited disclosed a buyback of 17,200 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, executed within a price band of HK$6.45 to HK$7.00. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HK$6.83, bringing total cash outflow for the transaction to HK$117,448.

The repurchase trimmed the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) from 224.18 million to 224.16 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 224.30 million. Treasury stock increased to 136,800 shares, all of which are held rather than cancelled.
