The balance-sheet remained solid with RMB139.12 million in cash and cash equivalents and a current ratio of 2.6. Net current assets stood at RMB200.67 million, while the gearing ratio improved to 35.9% from 42.1% despite bank loans rising to RMB50.98 million.
Management reaffirmed its “AI Agent + Hardware-Software Integration” strategy. Key 2025 launches included the TicNote series of recording devices and the 4G-enabled TicNote Pods, alongside the rollout of AI-native collaboration platforms “TicNote Cloud” and “CodeBanana.” For 2026, the group plans to deepen “organizational AI-ization,” expand vertical solutions in sectors such as law and healthcare, and evolve CodeBanana into a full-stack task-execution platform.
The Board proposed no final dividend for 2025.
