AUNTEA JENNY (02589) shares climbed more than 4% following a positive profit alert, trading at 112.4 Hong Kong dollars with a turnover of 10.31 million Hong Kong dollars, representing a 4.56% gain at the time of writing.

On July 24, the company announced that it expects a net profit for the six months ending June 30, 2026, of between approximately 304 million yuan and 325 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of roughly 50% to 60% compared to the 203 million yuan reported in the same period last year. The board also indicated that the group expects adjusted net profit (a non-IFRS measure) for the period to be between approximately 331 million yuan and 356 million yuan, up about 36% to 46% from the 244 million yuan reported in the prior corresponding period.

The board attributes the anticipated performance growth to the group's steadfast execution of its multi-brand strategy, which has enabled the steady expansion of its store network through differentiated brand positioning. Additionally, the company continues to prioritize a consumer-centric approach, enriching its product portfolio, broadening consumption scenarios, and launching new products that have been well-received by the market, thereby driving revenue growth. Concurrently, the group is deepening its refined operational management, which, combined with the economies of scale resulting from business expansion, is further enhancing overall profitability.
