Beisen Repurchases 200,000 Shares, Treasury Stock Climbs to 7.92 Million

Beisen Holding Limited reported the repurchase of 200,000 ordinary shares on 30 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 3.56 to HKD 3.65, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.61 per share, bringing total cash expenditure to HKD 0.72 million.

Following the transaction, Beisen’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.03% to 728.78 million, while the company’s treasury share balance increased to 7.92 million. The overall issued share capital remained unchanged at 736.70 million shares.

The buy-back was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on 18 September 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 70.12 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Beisen has repurchased 12.69 million shares to date, representing 1.81% of its issued share capital at the time the mandate was granted.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, Beisen is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 July 2026.
