Huabao International Holdings Limited repurchased an additional 220,000 ordinary shares on 26 May 2026, deploying HKD 0.81 million at an average price of HKD 3.705 per share on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction was made under the repurchase mandate granted on 11 May 2026.

Including 215,000 shares bought back on 22 May 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 3.6634, Huabao Intl has acquired a total of 435,000 shares (approximately 0.0135% of its 3.23 billion issued shares) since the mandate became effective. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation; however, none had been cancelled as of 26 May 2026, leaving the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 3.23 billion shares.

The current mandate authorises the company to repurchase up to 322.84 million shares. Following the two recent transactions, Huabao Intl has utilised roughly 0.14% of this limit, providing significant remaining capacity for further buybacks. A moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares remains in effect until 25 June 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
