BAIOO repurchases 1.00 million shares, trims free float by 0.03%

BAIOO Family Interactive Limited disclosed that it bought back 1.00 million ordinary shares on 15 June 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices between HKD 0.44 and HKD 0.45, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.44284 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.44 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 2.86 billion to 2.86 billion, representing a 0.03% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 4.45 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 2.87 billion.

The buyback falls under the share repurchase mandate approved on 27 June 2025, which authorises BAIOO to repurchase up to 286.72 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 4.45 million shares, equating to 0.16% of the shares outstanding on the mandate’s approval date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, BAIOO is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 July 2026.
