TS Lines shareholders endorse all AGM motions; US$0.10 final dividend set for 7 July 2026

TS Lines Limited reported that every resolution tabled at the 21 May 2026 annual general meeting was approved by poll, reflecting near-unanimous shareholder support across all items.

A final cash dividend of US$0.10 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 was sanctioned. Shareholders on the register as of 4 June 2026 will qualify, with the book closed from 1 to 4 June 2026. Dividend distribution is scheduled for 7 July 2026.

Key governance decisions included: • Adoption of the FY2025 audited financial statements, backed by 99.99 % of votes cast. • Re-election of executive directors Mr. Chen Shao-Hsiang and Mr. To Hung-Lin, and independent non-executive director Mr. Wu Youn-Ger, each receiving roughly 99.9 % shareholder approval. • Reappointment of KPMG as external auditor with 99.99 % support. • Renewal of share mandates: a 10 % buy-back mandate and a 20 % issuance mandate passed with 99.99 % and 97.87 % approval, respectively; the extension mandate secured 97.88 %.

The meeting quorum was based on 1.67 billion issued shares, and Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer.
