(Neusoft Holding), through its wholly-owned subsidiaries NK One and NK Two as the pledgors, had pledged a total of 127,465,000 and 120,000,000 shares respectively (collectively representing approximately 38.30% of the company's total issued share capital as of March 6, 2025) to the lender as additional collateral for a loan facility of RMB 325.5 million. As of the date of this announcement, the company has been notified by Neusoft Holding that the pledged shares were fully released and discharged on April 10, 2026. Following this release, NK One and NK Two collectively hold approximately 39.29% of the company's total issued share capital.
