Shimao Group Holdings Limited released unaudited operating data for the seven months ended 31 July 2026, detailing both cumulative and monthly performance indicators.

For the January–July 2026 period, aggregated contracted sales reached RMB 9.01 billion, generated from a contracted sold area of 733,203 sq.m. The corresponding average selling price (ASP) stood at RMB 12,289 per sq.m.

In July 2026 alone, the developer recorded contracted sales of RMB 0.80 billion on 65,258 sq.m. of contracted sold area, translating to an ASP of RMB 12,293 per sq.m.
