Prudential plc reveals post-AGM board and committee line-up

Prudential plc announced the composition of its board of directors and key board committees following the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting on May, 28 2026.

Chair Sir Douglas Flint continues to lead the Board, with Anil Wadhwani serving as Chief Executive Officer and the company’s sole executive director.

The updated Board now comprises nine independent non-executive directors: Jeremy David Bruce Anderson, Arijit Basu, Chua Sock Koong, Guido Fürer, Ming Lu, George David Sartorel, Mark Vincent Thomas Saunders, Claudia Ricarda Rita Suessmuth Dyckerhoff and Jeanette Kai Yuan Wong. Jeremy David Bruce Anderson remains the Senior Independent Director.

Committee leadership was also confirmed. Jeanette Kai Yuan Wong chairs the Audit Committee; Sir Douglas Flint heads the Nomination and Governance Committee; Chua Sock Koong leads the Remuneration Committee; Jeremy David Bruce Anderson chairs the Risk Committee; and George David Sartorel chairs the Sustainability Committee.
