DIGITAL DOMAIN (00547) has announced a series of changes to its board composition. Mr. Hu Jinheng has tendered his resignation from the positions of Independent Non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee, effective July 4, 2026.

Concurrently, effective from the same date, several new appointments will take effect. Mr. Weng Wenqi has been appointed as an Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Chen Shumin has also been appointed as an Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee. Additionally, Mr. Sudheer Suresh Reddy has been appointed as a Non-executive Director. Mr. Ye Jiezhou has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director and will serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
