InnoTek Limited told analysts at a results briefing on Aug, 14 2026 that it expects artificial-intelligence (AI) and new-energy components to account for more than half of group revenue within three years.

The company has been qualified as a supplier to Nvidia and is ramping up production of precision metal parts for liquid-cooling systems. A new Thai facility, backed by about 7.5 million Singapore dollars in investment, is slated for pilot runs in the fourth quarter of 2026 and mass production early in 2027.

Management said AI-server sales, softer in the first half, should recover next year. Investors were advised to track three milestones over the coming 12 months: overall revenue growth, further gross-margin gains from the first-half level of 14.5 percent, and a rising contribution from AI and new-energy projects.

Group gross margin is targeted to exceed 15 percent as higher-margin CNC machining work expands; machining projects typically earn about 20 percent versus 10–15 percent for stamping.

Capital expenditure of about 35 million Singapore dollars this year is earmarked mainly for CNC machines and surface-finishing lines, with a similar outlay planned for 2027 unless demand accelerates.

The company put break-even revenue at roughly 210–220 million Singapore dollars, with meaningful shareholder earnings above about 230 million Singapore dollars. Key customers include Ricoh, the world’s largest EV-battery maker, Germany’s Aumovio and Ablecom; Nvidia is expected to enter the top-customer list as volumes build.
