The company INGDAN (00400) has announced a significant strategic shift, moving from its role as an artificial intelligence hardware distributor to becoming a vertical AI Token factory operator.
It has secured cumulative indicative service orders exceeding $1 billion, with its client base including top-tier global cloud service providers, embodied intelligence companies, and AI model firms.
The group has established a vertical industry Token computing power scheduling platform, adopting a revenue-sharing model based on Token computing power.
Its computing power infrastructure will be deployed using a "dual-track model," comprising its own clusters and third-party computing centers both domestically and internationally, with plans to set up distributed computing nodes in multiple locations within and outside China.
INGDAN will offer comprehensive one-stop supporting services to its computing power partners, including facility construction, cluster operation and maintenance, and customer traffic guidance.
Concurrently, it will provide lightweight Token computing power services to enterprises in vertical sectors such as humanoid robots and drones.
The board believes the group has established a first-mover advantage in the vertical AI computing power sector and will continue to expand its distributed computing node network.
It also plans to iteratively develop industry-customized Token products, aiming to establish Token operation services as the group's second major growth engine.
