Boustead Singapore wins contract exceeding 100 million Singapore dollars for Singapore industrial project

Boustead Singapore Limited (F9D) said on Mar, 31 2026 that its unit Boustead Projects E&C Pte Ltd has secured an engineering and construction contract worth more than 100 million Singapore dollars to build a 10-storey ramp-up industrial development at Tukang Innovation Drive in Singapore.

The facility will sit on 18,687 square metres of land and allow a gross floor area of 46,717.5 square metres, providing more than 260 strata-titled units configured for heavy industrial operations. Completion is scheduled within 24 months.

The project is being developed through a 50-50 joint venture between Boustead Projects’ subsidiary BP-Innovue Pte Ltd and Lian Beng Group’s subsidiary SLB Development Ltd, which won the JTC land tender in May 2025. UIB and Lian Beng will deliver development management services for the project.

Following the award, Boustead's Real Estate Solutions Division order backlog rises to 402 million Singapore dollars, while the group’s overall engineering order backlog increases to 566 million Singapore dollars. The company does not expect the contract to have a material impact on its results for the financial year ending Mar, 31 2026.
