Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited (stock code: 01995) has reduced its share capital through the cancellation of 14.94 million ordinary shares that were repurchased on the market between 31 March and 28 July 2026 and formally cancelled on 19 August 2026.

The cancelled shares represented 0.87% of Ever Sunshine Services’ outstanding share capital immediately prior to the cancellation. Before the transaction, the company had 1.72 billion shares in issue; following the cancellation, the total issued share count stands at 1.71 billion.

The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HK$1.801204 per share, implying an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$26.91 million for the cancelled shares.

No treasury shares were held before or after the transaction, and there are currently no shares pending cancellation. The disclosure was submitted by Director Zhou Di on 19 August 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rule 13.25A.
