LifeTech Scientific Corporation announced on 12 August 2026 that Executive Director Mr. Fang Yu has been appointed an authorised representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, effective immediately. The appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Liu Jianxiong, disclosed on 22 May 2026.

With this change, LifeTech Scientific’s authorised representatives are now Mr. Xie Yuehui—who also serves as Executive Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer—and Mr. Fang Yu.
