JACOBIO-B Repurchases 0.10 Million Shares for HK$0.50 Million, Treasury Stock Rises to 8.87 Million

JACOBIO PHARMACEUTICALS GROUP CO., LTD. disclosed that it bought back 101,700 ordinary shares on 8 July 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HK$4.89 to HK$4.92 per share, spending a total of HK$0.50 million. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was approximately HK$4.90 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 782.98 million to 782.88 million shares, representing a reduction of 0.01%. Correspondingly, treasury shares increased from 8.77 million to 8.87 million, while total issued shares remained steady at 791.76 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 78.37 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 0.84 million shares, equivalent to 0.11% of the company’s issued shares at the time the mandate was granted, leaving substantial capacity for further buybacks.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares, effective until 7 August 2026.
