Lesi Group proposes full transition to electronic distribution of shareholder communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 29

On 29 April 2026, Lesi Group Limited announced that, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, the company will adopt electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications.

The move covers directors’ reports, audited annual accounts, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms (collectively “Corporate Communications”). English and Chinese versions will be posted on both the company website (www.lscx.com.cn) and HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing hard-copy distribution by default.

Shareholders are urged to submit a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Investors who fail to provide an email address will continue to receive printed Actionable Corporate Communications until electronic details are furnished.

Those preferring hard copies may opt in by completing the reply form or emailing Lesi.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name and address. Such a request will remain valid for one year from receipt unless revoked or superseded earlier.

Enquiries can be directed to the share registrar on (852) 2862 8688 between 09:00 and 18:00 (Hong Kong time), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The announcement was authorised by Zhao Libing, Chairman of Lesi Group Limited.
