China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation (abbreviation: CHINA RE) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on the company website (www.chinare.com.cn) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk) as of 30 April 2026. Printed copies can be requested free of charge from the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by written notice or email.

The board reaffirmed the electronic dissemination arrangement first outlined on 18 January 2024. All future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively in digital format on the same two websites. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive these materials should supply an email address to their respective bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited.
