TDI-Brooks, in collaboration with GeoPartners Ltd and the Liberian National Oil Company, has secured a multi-client multi-beam bathymetric sonar and seep sampling survey contract for Liberia's offshore region. The project aims to establish a data-driven foundation to mitigate exploration risks across the continental shelf, slope, and basin floor.

The TDI-Brooks research vessel "Gyre" has arrived in Monrovia and is preparing to commence seep detection operations. Following the completion of its work in Liberia, the vessel will support CSA Ocean Sciences Inc. on behalf of the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation for the Africa Atlantic Gas Pipeline project, also known as the Nigeria-Morocco Gas Pipeline.

Survey activities are scheduled to begin in late this month in the southern waters of Liberia and are expected to last approximately six weeks.
