TRADEGO repurchases 0.10% of issued shares; treasury stock rises to 46.55 million

TRADEGO Fintech Limited disclosed a next-day return confirming the on-market repurchase of 700,000 ordinary shares on 14 August 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 1.21 to HKD 1.30, for a total consideration of HKD 0.88 million and a volume-weighted average price of HKD 1.26 per share.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 704.15 million to 703.45 million, while treasury shares increased to 46.55 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 750.00 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises TRADEGO to repurchase up to 70.69 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 10.34 million shares, representing 1.46% of the company’s issued share capital at the mandate date, leaving 60.35 million shares still available for potential repurchase.

Under listing rules, TRADEGO is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 13 September 2026.
