GREENTOWN CHINA Reports 22.68% Drop in Total Contract Sales for First Four Months

GREENTOWN CHINA (03900) announced its operational results. In April 2026, the company's self-developed projects sold 1,742 units, with a sales area of approximately 260,000 square meters. The sales amount for the month was about RMB 9.6 billion, with an average selling price of around RMB 36,400 per square meter.

From January to April 2026, GREENTOWN CHINA achieved a contract sales area of approximately 1.15 million square meters and contract sales value of about RMB 36 billion. The equity portion attributable to GREENTOWN CHINA was approximately RMB 23.9 billion.

As of April 30, 2026, there was an additional accumulated signed subscription agreements not yet converted into sales contracts totaling approximately RMB 2.2 billion, of which the equity amount attributable to GREENTOWN CHINA was about RMB 1.5 billion.

In April 2026, the company's project management business recorded a sales area of approximately 400,000 square meters, with sales amounting to roughly RMB 5.9 billion. For the January-April period, the project management segment achieved a cumulative sales area of about 1.34 million square meters and sales value of approximately RMB 18.9 billion.
