Deewin Tianxia maintains stable share structure in July 2026 with compliant 24.32% public float

Deewin Tianxia Co., Ltd. released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised capital • Total authorised share capital remained at 2.18 billion shares, comprising 552.44 million H shares and 1.63 billion domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00.

Issued shares and treasury position • Issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) stood unchanged at 523.40 million. • Treasury holdings were stable at 29.04 million H shares, leaving total issued H shares at 552.44 million. • Issued domestic shares were unchanged at 1.63 billion, with no treasury position.

Public float status • The company confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), reporting a public float of 24.32% of outstanding H shares. • Market value of the public float was HK$1.50 billion as at month-end.

No share option exercises, warrant conversions, or other equity movements were recorded for the month. Company Secretary Liu Lulu submitted the filing on 6 August 2026.
