Aoxin Q & M Dental Group Limited announced the reconstitution of its board and board committees, effective Apr, 29 2026.

The board will now comprise Chua Ser Miang as non-executive and non-independent chairman, Tan Chade Phang as lead independent director, Chong Eng Wee as independent director, and Ng Sook Hwa and Ng Chin Siau as non-independent and non-executive directors.

Tan Chade Phang will chair the audit committee, with Chong Eng Wee and Chua Ser Miang serving as members. The remuneration committee will include Chong Eng Wee, Tan Chade Phang and Chua Ser Miang, while the nominating committee will consist of the same three directors.

The company has begun searching for additional independent directors and aims to fill the vacancies within two months, and no later than three months.
