Jinshang Bank Co., Ltd. has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 5.00 per 100 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Shareholders approved the payout on 26 June 2026.

The dividend will be distributed to Hong Kong shareholders at HKD 5.74928 per 100 shares, based on the fixed exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.149856 disclosed in the announcement.
