Chinese property stocks were mostly trending higher in pre-noon trading, with notable gains across several major developers.
As of press time, CHINA JINMAO (00817) had surged 8.42%, trading at HK$1.48. Meanwhile, GREENTOWN CHINA (03900) rose 5.67% to HK$7.74. Other notable movers included Yuexiu Property (00123), which climbed 4.78% to HK$3.73, and Longfor Group (00960), which was up 3.61% at HK$6.62.
