Novosense (02676) surged more than 1%, reaching a high of HK$197, marking a new record since its listing. As of writing, the stock is up 14.41% at HK$194.5, with a turnover of HK$120 million.

On the news front, since the beginning of this year, leading companies such as Texas Instruments have announced a series of price increases. Specifically, Texas Instruments previously stated that it would raise prices for certain components by 15% to 85% starting April 1.

Additionally, the latest research from Morgan Stanley suggests that the fundamentals of the analog chip sector are recovering from an "L-shaped bottom": channel inventories are more streamlined, pricing pressures are easing, and supply for mature process nodes and power-related products is selectively tight. More importantly, the construction of AI data centers is shifting the narrative for analog chips from the traditional automotive and industrial cycles to a new story of "increased power and interconnect content."

A Huachuang Securities research report points out that the analog chip industry is entering an upturn phase, driven by emerging demand from sectors such as automotive and AI. Looking downstream: 1) The automotive electronics industry continues to deepen trends in electrification and intelligence. Through dedicated efforts, the company has achieved a comprehensive product layout in automotive chips. 2) The rapid development of the AI server market is driving demand for chips in high-density power management and high-speed data transmission. The company's high-voltage GaN drivers for AI server power supplies have already achieved mass shipments. 3) The recovery in demand in the broader energy market (including solar storage and industrial control) provides strong support for the company's performance growth.
