Dawning Information Industry Co.,Ltd. has officially announced the successful issuance of 80 million convertible corporate bonds to unspecified investors.

The total funds raised from this offering amount to 8 billion yuan. After deducting issuance expenses, the net proceeds received by the company total 7.967 billion yuan.

These funds were credited to the designated account on July 21, 2026. To ensure standardized management of the raised capital, the company, along with CITIC Securities, has signed a "Tripartite Supervision Agreement for the Special Account of Raised Funds" with each of its depository banks.

This agreement provides detailed provisions regarding the use and supervision of the funds. It will take effect upon signing and remain valid until all funds in the account are fully utilized and the supervisory period concludes.
