China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited (DATANG RENEW) finalised the issuance of its 2026 sixth tranche of ultra-short-term debentures on 17 August 2026.
The tranche raised RMB1.00 billion through the PRC inter-bank bond market via centralised book-building and placing. Each debenture carries a nominal value of RMB100, a fixed coupon of 1.39%, and a tenor of 87 days, with interest accruing from 18 August 2026 and maturity set for 13 November 2026.
Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. served as lead underwriter and bookrunner, while Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. acted as joint lead underwriter.
Proceeds will be allocated to repay existing interest-bearing liabilities and to supplement working capital in compliance with regulatory requirements.
According to the company, the transaction does not constitute a notifiable or connected transaction under Chapters 14 and 14A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Related issuance documents are available on the Shanghai Clearing House website.
