NUMANS forecasts 48.90 million RMB interim profit, buoyed by 68.00 million RMB investment gain

Numans Health Food Holdings Company Limited (NUMANS) has issued a positive profit alert, projecting a net profit of approximately 48.90 million RMB for the six months ended 30 June 2026. This marks a sharp rebound from the 2.10 million RMB recorded in the prior-year period.

Management attributes the expected surge primarily to a 68.00 million RMB gain from the disposal of financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss. This windfall is partly offset by 20.20 million RMB in net unrealised fair-value losses on remaining financial assets. Excluding these investment-related items, the Group’s core nutritional products segment delivered a profit of about 2.10 million RMB, broadly in line with the same period last year.

The figures are based on unaudited consolidated management accounts and may be adjusted before the official interim results are released. NUMANS plans to publish its full results announcement before the end of August 2026. Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares pending the finalised disclosure.
