Dmall buys back 0.11% of shares for HK$6.18 million; treasury stock rises to 41.65 million shares

Dmall Inc. disclosed that it repurchased 963,100 ordinary shares on 18 May 2026 via on-market transactions, paying an aggregate HK$6.18 million. The purchase represents 0.11% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.

Following the buyback, Dmall’s outstanding share count declined from 896.80 million to 895.84 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 41.65 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 937.49 million.

The shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange within a price range of HK$6.34 to HK$6.58, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$6.42 per share.

The transaction was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 23 May 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 89.96 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Dmall has repurchased 41.65 million shares—4.63% of the total shares outstanding on the mandate date—leaving capacity for a further 48.31 million shares.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3), Dmall is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 June 2026.
