On the news front, the company previously announced that its Chinese stock abbreviation would be changed from "Ruifeng New Energy" to "Ruifeng Green Energy AI Computing," effective from 9:00 a.m. on August 10. The board believes the proposed name change reflects the diversification of the business by combining artificial intelligence computing operations with the existing new energy segment.

In February, the company declared it had formally signed an investment framework agreement with the Xuanhua Economic Development Zone Management Committee. This involves a total investment of approximately RMB 24 billion to commence construction of the Xuanhua AI Computing Center project, which is set to be the largest inference computing cluster park in North China.
