Yushu Technology Co.,Ltd. has unveiled a humanoid robot named "Superman" just as its STAR Market IPO settlement concludes and listing approaches.
A 30-second demo video released on August 17 shows "Superman" achieving a 2-meter standing vertical jump and a top speed of 12.66 m/s on 0.85-meter legs, with both metrics surpassing human records for standing jumps and sprinting. The company notes this entirely new machine was developed in just over three months of R&D, with substantial refinement still planned in the coming months.
The timing of the "Superman" reveal coincides with Yushu Technology Co.,Ltd.'s transition from IPO pricing to formal listing on the STAR Market. According to issuance results, the offering price stands at 150.80 yuan per share, implying a post-offering total market value of approximately 60.993 billion yuan. The online subscription win rate was a mere 0.0181%, the lowest in STAR Market history, with an effective subscription multiple of 8,288 times, drawing participation from 9.7846 million retail investors.
This intense demand translates into a rich valuation. At the offering price, the price-to-earnings ratio based on 2025 net profit reaches 219 times, far exceeding the industry average of roughly 38 times. The prospectus reveals that first-quarter 2026 revenue growth slowed to 68.49% year-over-year, while non-GAAP net profit declined 52.55%; full-year 2025 revenue, however, surged 335.36% year-over-year with gross margins approaching 60%.
