Keppel DC REIT Issues 1.65 Million New Units to Pay Management and Acquisition Fees

Keppel DC REIT (AJBU) said on May, 12 2026 that it has issued 1,648,292 new units at an average price of 2.2364 Singapore dollars per unit to satisfy management and acquisition fee payments due for the quarter ended Mar, 31 2026.

The issue covers: • 100% of the base management fee for the trust’s interests in Amsterdam Data Centre, Eindhoven Campus, Guangdong Data Centres 1–3, London Data Centre, and its 98.47% effective stakes in Tokyo Data Centre 1 and 3 for the period Jan, 1–Mar, 31 2026. • 50% of the base management fee for its 99% stake in Keppel DC Singapore 5 over the same period. • 50% of the base management fee for its full ownership of Keppel DC Singapore 7 and 8, and for its 90% stake in Keppel DC Singapore 3 and 99% stake in Keppel DC Singapore 4 up to Feb, 12 2026, and thereafter for its full ownership of those two assets until Mar, 31 2026. • A 100% acquisition fee related to the purchase of the remaining interests in Keppel DC Singapore 3 and 4, completed on Feb, 12 2026.

Of the new units, 1,430,566 were issued at 2.2325 Singapore dollars each to cover the base management fee, while 217,726 units were issued at 2.2624 Singapore dollars each for the acquisition fee.

Following the allotment, the manager holds 34,988,454 units, or about 1.43% of Keppel DC REIT’s enlarged total of 2,446,173,860 units outstanding.
